Yes, a completed medical profile is required to secure your appointment. This important information is necessary for the development of your personalized treatment plan and to ensure you receive the best possible care. If you’re new to Portrait, you’ll be prompted to create a medical profile when booking your first appointment. If you’ve visited a studio before, please review your medical profile to confirm nothing has changed. We require all existing clients to update their medical profiles once a year. You can access the registration form here.
We suggest arriving 10-15 minutes before your appointment to allow time to locate the provider’s studio—late arrivals can disrupt your treatments.
Please provide at least a 24-hour notice before canceling your appointment—though an early heads up is greatly appreciated. Day-of cancellations and no-shows will incur a fee. Fees vary by provider.
Of course! Providers offer consultations so you can discuss your concerns, goals, and budget with an expert. Book a consultation or contact us for more information.
Skip the makeup on treatment day—this prevents possible infection and allows the provider to most accurately assess the area. If you arrive at your appointment with makeup, you will be asked to remove it before your service.
