CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Treatments: All treatments, procedures, and prepaid services are non-refundable. Payment is for the treatment(s) and/or procedure(s) performed and not for any specific result. Aesthetic results are variable and are not guaranteed. Clients are responsible for payment for further treatments needed to achieve further results.
Credits: Prepaid service credits and accumulated beauty bank funds are non-transferable. Credit from prepaid services may be applied toward other services at Portrait’s sole discretion. Beauty bank accumulated funds are refundable under limited circumstances in accordance with the beauty bank membership agreement terms and conditions.
Gift Cards: Gift cards can be used towards any product or service. Gift cards are not credit/debit cards and have no implied warranties. Gift cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash.
Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours notice before your scheduled appointment for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide at least 24 hours notice and no-shows may result in a nonrefundable cancellation fee. Cancellation fees vary by Provider.
Arrivals: Please arrive for your appointment on time to ensure sufficient time for your treatment.
Products: Returns of any prescription or retail skin products are not accepted under any circumstance.
