In their words
The ones who said yes

“Since partnering with Portrait I’ve been able to launch my own private label line and take my patients’ skincare to the next level. Portrait looked the best because I have a full legal team, medical team, patient care team, technology team, even a real estate team behind me. If I need something, I go to that group and they take care of it, so I can focus on my patients.”
Lorie Janes is a Portrait Legacy provider.

“Before Portrait I worked nine to five, seeing patients back-to-back with barely enough time to give each one the care they deserved. Now I control my schedule and the time I spend with each patient, with a network of medical directors I can reach when I need them. Having my name on the door is a dream come true.”
Kristen Doezie is a Portrait Legacy provider.

“Portrait allowed me to open my own business, and that had been a dream of mine for a long time. I partnered with them because I can find everything in one place: ordering supplies, a medical director on call, a patient care coordinator. That support is key to running a successful business, and it’s great to be part of a collective of elite injectors.”
Sharon Canet is a Portrait Legacy provider.

“Working for plastic surgeons, I was limited by the products I could use, the procedures I could perform, and my schedule. With Portrait I have my own brand and the support behind it. I feel safe, supported, and excited to go to work every day. It feels like having a brain trust behind my dreams.”

Questions, answered
The things providers ask first
Providers ready to lead their own practice without building one. Your clients ask for you by name and would follow you anywhere, your books are full, and you’re building a career measured in years, not months. We don’t say yes to everyone, but if that sounds like you, we’d love to talk.
No. They’re separate programs with separate terms. With Portrait Legacy, Portrait provides the capital and runs the operation, so you can focus on your patients. Portrait membership is for providers who want to own and run every part of their practice themselves.
Yes. Your client relationships stay yours, and the practice carries your name. That doesn’t change at any point in the partnership.
No. You sign on as an independent contractor, and your clients, your list, and every clinical decision stay yours. That’s written into the agreement, and healthcare lawyers review the setup regularly, most recently in early 2026.
No. There is no buy-in. Portrait provides the capital, including up to $10,000 invested in the suite build-out, licenses, and setup, scoped to what your practice needs.
Automatically. Rent, supplies, utilities, and monthly growth credits are covered. As your practice grows, the credits double, an annual education budget unlocks, and in time you earn credits to refresh your suite. Nothing requires asking. Benefits step up the moment your practice hits a milestone, and the exact structure gets walked through on the call, with your numbers.
The economics are a revenue partnership, and your earnings grow as the practice grows. We walk through the complete structure on the first call, with your numbers instead of hypotheticals.
You can leave with 90 days notice, and your clients and your name go with you. One thing to know upfront: after three years together, the money Portrait spent launching your suite is fully on us. Leave earlier and you repay only what was actually spent, nothing more, no penalties. We’d rather earn your renewal every year than lock you into one.
Same mission. Different model.
Rather own and run it all?
Portrait membership is built for providers who want to run the whole show, and run it well. You get direct access to the buying power of a marketplace, an EHR built for medical aesthetics, and tools that handle the busywork. No revenue share. No lock-in.
